This was a medium sized extension and renovation project for a current client. The work involved demolishing the existing 3 port garage and associated out houses and replacing with a large two-storey extension to the existing house. The extension also required the incorporation of an existing outdoor swimming pool and covering with a new building to allow swimming all year round. The client was so delighted with the completed project that it was nominated for a Federation of Master Builders award - which it won! To see the details of the award please click here.

Jewel Builders were approached to carry out an extensive renovation on an old barn and join it to an existing farm house. As you can see the results are striking and the owner is delighted!

Jewel Builders Ltd were contracted to clear an existing dwelling on a plot in a popular area of Knowle, Solihull, and replace with two 5 bed dwellings. The project included all works from the outset of the project: Liaise with appointed architect Obtain building regs approval Clear existing dwelling with regard to appropriate licences and regulations Prepare groundworks for new dwellings and link to services Complete all aspects of new dwellings, including landscaping, with qualified Jewel Builders staff The project was carried out to the delight of the client who met all of the targets laid out for the project. The client approached Jewel Builders Ltd to extensively renovate and extend an existing 5 bedroom dwelling in a very prestigious area of Solihull, West Midlands. The project involved an almost total rebuild of the dwelling to bring a tired 1950's house up to a very modern and desirable residence. The fitting out used only the best fixtures and fittings and required exceptional attention to detail to achieve the clients wishes. The project was finished to budget and ahead of schedule, delighting the client!
